Every printable PDF and core surface (First Crossing, QoL setup, Grief Support, Vet Handoff Kit, Companion Chat) now carries a clinically-reviewed-by stamp linking to /about/clinical-review and /methodology. Reviewer slots are placeholder until two named clinicians sign on.
Provider search now states clearly that curated providers cover Central Massachusetts and renders a national fallback row pointing to IAAHPC, Lap of Love, AAHA, and the Cornell pet-loss hotline so visitors outside MA aren't left empty-handed.
Index page rewritten as a four-card triage. Memorials and Brand demoted from primary nav to footer. Primary nav adds a Trust link to the clinical review page.
Privacy page now opens with a one-card summary: your space is private, we can't read it, export and delete are coming.
Lazy route crashes now surface a calm fallback instead of a blank page. Window errors and unhandled rejections route through a single `reportError` seam so a real provider (Sentry, etc.) can be wired in one place.
